Named after the site’s location on Chiltern Street, Marylebone W1, The Chilterns the first modern new build in the area for over five years. It has 44 apartments which offer a standard of living second to none in the area.

The development is a partnership between Frogmore, Galliard Homes and O’Shea. With our warmest compliments, we are giving each owner of an apartment at The Chilterns a framed original David Bailey print from the series he created for us, together with the book.”
Apartments are priced from £3m and are available immediately through Galliard Homes. The development has set a new record price per square foot for Marylebone, at £3,500.
